My Family: I am blessed with a loving husband, my soul-mate, Justin. My husband is my devoted ministry partner. Our love for each other is only foreshadowed by our love for God. My husband continues his studies in theology. We have two spoiled kittens, Eater & Ashley.

Personal Story: I grew up on a dairy farm in Illinois. At the age of nine, I began my life long journey in music ministry when I was asked to accompany for the Sunday School Choir at the Lutheran Church we attended. By age 11, I was playing organ/piano for two services a weekend and by my Freshman year of high school I was playing for a Catholic Church, four masses a weekend. My journey continued with my studies at Luther College and Westminister Choir College, a tour with a Men & Boy choir to England and Ireland, performances with Westminter Choir in New York City and Philadelphia and Carnegie Hall with the New York Philharmonic at age 22. The journey continues….

I started working at CELC: June 1, 2010

My role at CELC: Director of Music

Most fulfilling part of my job: Seamless integration of music and liturgy guided by the Holy Spirit

Spiritual Gifts: The realization that in ministry we can at best only be humble servants and that with God ALL things are possible.
