Yoga, Meditation, and Movement Classes

Join us in peaceful Wright Chapel for donation-based classes in yoga, meditation, and mindful movement.

These classes are open to the community regardless of religious beliefs or prior experience. Our aim is to provide accessible and affordable classes that offer space to grow and heal your mind, body, and spirit.

Current Class Schedule

  • Chair Yoga: Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00 AM

  • Meditation: Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:00 AM

  • Movement Mix: Thursdays at 10:00 AM (starting in November)

    • A combination of yoga, dance, martial arts, breathwork, and strength training. Modifications offered for all levels.

Enter the chapel through the gate facing Cass Street. The door will be on your right with a sign above it reading “Wright Chapel.”
